Ted Newberry

Ted started his career in HVAC with Tampa Bay Sheet Metal in 1978, where as a fabricator he learned the art, design and fabrication of metal and fiberglass duct systems from the ground up.  From manufacturing he moved into the field, leading duct system installation teams for 5 years, installing in every type of structure one could encounter: single family homes, apartments, townhomes, commercial buildings and strip centers.  Ted transitioned from the field to in house sales for 15 years solving HVAC problems for Central Florida homeowners.  Throughout those 20+ years Ted has been an estimator for Manual J Load Calculations & Florida Building Energy Code Construction Form for thousands of builders and homeowners in the greater Tampa Bay Area.
